Chepstow Garden Centre have raised a fantastic £420 by selling large jars of 'Plumeria Yankee Candles' with £1 donated from every jar. Thank you to Sue Heggs and all the staff and customers for their support.
Following her year as president of the Soroptomist International of Hereford club 2008-9, Stephanie Jones kindly chose Breast Cancer Haven as one of her charities. The club have donated £200 which will be used to purchase yoga equipment.
Mike has raised almost £40,000 for Breast Cancer Haven with the help of his colleagues at the Royal Mail in Hereford. In 2007 Mike ran a full marathon on a treadmill followed a year later by a cycle trek to Leeds and back on a three gear postmans bicycle with his collegue Glyn Jones.
In 2009, Mike and Glyn will be cycling around the complete triangle of all three Havens, Hereford-Leeds-London-Hereford, a further 150 miles making about 485 and are hoping to raise over £20,000.
In 2009, Stacy approached Breast Cancer Haven. Together with his family and work colleagues, he organised a pink disco at Hereford Welsh Club in April and raised just over £1300. A great evening was had by all and some fabulous pink outfits were spotted.
STOP PRESS Stacy is back and determind to double his fundraising figure in 2010.
A tireless fundraiser, Moira has raised over £9,000 from a variety of methods ranging from selling jams and pickles to organising the annual Storridge pancake race. Moira cheerfully rounds up her local villagers, opens her gardens to hold 'spot the weed' competitions and arranges Country and Western evenings.
2010 saw Moira complete her own marathon by walking the length of the marathon in curcuits of Storridge village hall.

On the 18 July 2009, Arthur Clowes and Richie Cotterell set off to Ulaan Baatur as a team in the Mongol Rally. To date they have raised £1467 and one speeding ticket!
Wendy Oldfield Austin held an art exhibition entitled Womens Work & raised £605.
Vivienne Griffiths and the Herefordshire Golf Club Committee held a Gala weekend and raised a fabulous £15880. A brilliant day’s golf on the Friday and a very glamorous May Ball on the Saturday evening – well done and thank you ladies.
Kate stayed silent for the day at a local dentist’s practice and collected sponsorship money totalling £226 – thank you Kate.
A donkey show was organised by Liz Langford at Coldnose Farm and Breast Cancer Haven received a £300 donation.
Jack & Marjorie Phillips hosted a coffee evening in July in Ewyas Harold, Hereford and with help from their friends and family raised a fabulous £870. A big thank you to everyone who attended and enjoyed home – made cake and coffee!
Dawn chorus walks and cooked breakfasts were on offer at Merrivale Farm in the Spring & Bob & Sue Mason donated £100 to the charity.
Melanie & Richard Hemming held a golf event at Belmont Golf Club and raised £743.
A very big thank you to everyone who has flipped pancakes, held coffee mornings, competed in marathons, donated money in lieu of birthday and wedding gifts and helped at collection days at local supermarkets.
