Being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing treatment affects you both physically and emotionally. At this difficult time for you and those close to you, Breast Cancer Haven gives support to help you cope.

Breast Cancer Haven offers free support, information and complementary therapies to anyone affected by breast cancer. At our Havens you can benefit from the expertise of our specialist nurses and therapists and also from meeting others going through a similar experience.

Our programme of care is free of charge and has been designed to help you feel better and encourage you to develop a healthier lifestyle. It is flexible, and you can come along at any time – before, during or after your medical treatment.

We currently have Havens in London, Hereford and Leeds with plans to open more across the UK. Our programme of care offers you:

  •   An individual consultation with a senior therapist to agree your personalised programme of care.
  •   An introduction day gives a chance to learn about what we offer and meet others.
  •   A retreat day to help reduce stress and give yourself time for deep relaxation.
  •   Twelve individual complementary therapy sessions to alleviate the side effects of your medical treatment.
  •   seminars, groups and classes for you, your family and friends.
  •   Regular reviews with your senior therapist to ensure we are meeting your needs.
  •   Support for those who can’t reach a Haven.
