Havens are open from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and you can ring during those times to get any help you need.

If you would like to speak to a Breast Care Nurse and you are in the UK, you can call the Breast Cancer Care helpline on 0808 800 6000 (textphone 0808 800 6001) between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri, or 9am-2pm on Saturdays. http://www.breastcancercare.org.uk

If you require medical attention, please contact your GP or the hospital treating you for your breast cancer.

If you are feeling very lonely or desperate and need to talk to someone at night or when the other telephone services are closed, you can contact the Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90. This service operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. http://www.samaritans.org.uk
